SCREENING AND SELECTION
All clinical personnel (excluding Mediclinic and ER24 Moonlighters) are subject to the following screening, selection and registration process:
- Background checks as per our Credential Verification Policy
- Professional Council registration verification (all healthcare professionals)
- Competency-based assessments according to profession and field of specialisation
- Reference checks of recent employers
- MHR onboarding depending on profession and according to clients’ requirements
- Clinical onboarding at the client's facility depending on profession and according to the client's requirements

MHR AND CLINICAL ONBOARDING (NURSING/CARE WORKERS)
Patient safety is at the heart of everything we do. All care workers and nursing professionals complete MHR and client-specific clinical onboarding before being placed with clients. Onboarding content is aligned with the relevant Scope of Practice and Scope of Work and is tailored to our clients' specific requirements.
